The Bedford Road project involved the full refurbishment of an early Victorian terraced house in Twickenham.
The work involved demolition ot the existing extension, construction of the new extension and complete refurbishment of the house. One of the key goals of the project was to improve the accessibility of the house to future proof it for our client who has lived in the property for many years and planned to stay for many more.
The property had not been updated for decades and the refurbishment involved relocating the bathroom from downstairs to upstairs, full-rewiring, new central heating including under-floor heating, air-conditioning, IT networking, a new kitchen and landscaping of the front and rear gardens and even a new shed!
